Are all your classic console cartridges sitting unloved in a drawer somewhere? That’s right, no adapters needed. Who needs a PlayStation 4?As with Sony’s teasing of the new PlayStation 4, manufacturer Hyperkin is yet to fully reveal its new console, but says March 23 will be the launch date for the latest model in its RetroN line, which will succeed its current triple-threat predecessor (picture above) by slapping in Nintendo Game Boy Advance compatibility for some extra 16-bit action. How to use your phone with your console controllerIf you’re hankering for some retro multiplayer, the new RetroN has got you covered with a pair of ports for each console so you can you plug in your own dusty old controllers, but it also has some modern touches thanks to a completely redesigned wireless Bluetooth controller that will ship right in the box and work with every system. The four-in-one console will be available by the end of March: pricing has yet to be announced, but given the last model sells for around $60 (£40), we’re hoping this should be similarly cheap.
