Hi! i just noticed the link for foxbot 0.701 (win32) isn't showing up for me. can we get it fixed?

Aparently i cannot access downloads if i am logged in. i clicked on the downloads page and got this instead:
"vBulletin Message

this does not show up while logged out. file's visible now and download-able.
