This is TF2 using Sourcemod's Advanced Unlimited Ammo TF2 in achievement_solddemoachievs7 map. With this server's plugin you can boost your chances of gaining achievements as well boost your strange weapons, only weapons like Atomic Punch, Sandvich, and Dead Ringer as bot killing with Strange Weapons doesn't count.
