How/what are you starting it with,putty?
I guess it's a remote server hosted by a remote company?
It's a strange thing I've never seen before.

Well I use the CMD from inside Kubuntu Remote Desktop on X2Go as the KDE environment and X11 work best for Kunbuntu 14.04. I didn't use any Upstart scripts or any bootup programs.

I don't know if there's problem with our BF2142 server in Canada, but if the BF2142 server in France works better then it could be a unusual error that EA abandoned when they were making the BFBC2 Project near 2009.

Checking over the server launcher there's a 'time limit' selection.
Maybe 39 seconds got put in it by mistake?

Will apply both servers into the db and they will be 'ranked' some time today.
