Added Incendiary Cannon hd skin. - Renard (Somehow I mistakenly deleted the Incendiary Cannon, Its in now :-D)
Fixed the medkit having skin colour hands. Realized my medic skins don't actually have it anymore. (and plus it doesn't fit with the other weapon models not having it)
