Just uncompress HLDSPingBooster-1.0.tar.gz in your HL server directory (the one where hlds_run is), and instead of using hlds_run to start the server, use hlds_boost. Clients don't have to install anything.

Note: This booster isn't a critical addon you can simply alter the -pingboost on Linux Command Line. Also it sets the startup at sys_ticrate 10000 which is too high so we don't recommend that unless you are in a Private Match server.
