This is a FA Custom Sound Package, with the classic 2.5 radio sounds for nostalgic reasons. Plus some crazy Homer Simpson sounds.
The steps are simple, copy the /firearms_addon folder into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Half-Life (For Windows 64-Bit users) or
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Half-Life (For Win32 users)
Once you done that, load up FireArms 3.0 client and go to [Options] >> [Video Tab] and Check [Allow custom addon content] to enable the custom sounds. That's it!
